Sonny Seals is Co-Founder and managing Director of Eton Partners, LLC. Prior to forming Eton Partners, Mr. Seals was a Vice President with A.T. Kearney, a global executive search and management consulting firm. He has over ten years experience as a search consultant. He has done senior level placements in a variety of industry sectors including technology, manufacturing, distribution, consumer products and retail. He has also done senior level search assignments in the arts and not for profit sectors.

Before entering the executive search business, Mr. Seals was the senior marketing officer at Russell Corporation, a global consumer products firm. He led the formation of the corporate marketing organization, and was responsible for the firm’s entry into branded consumer products and new global markets. In the course of his career at Russell Corp, he also served in a variety of manufacturing, sales, product development and marketing positions.

Mr. Seals is very active in the Venture Capital and Private Equity Community. He is a member of the Technology Association of Georgia, The Atlanta Venture Forum, and The North Carolina Center for Entrepreneurial Development as well as The Birmingham Venture Club, The Tampa Bay Technology Forum and the Florida Venture Forum. He also serves as a board member of the Atlanta Chapter of The Entrepreneurial Institute.

Mr. Seals is an active member of the Atlanta Arts Community and serves on the Executive Committee of The Alliance Theatre Company board of directors. He is a graduate of Georgia Tech with a degree in Industrial Management and has served on the school’s Alumni Association Board of Trustees as well as the advisory board of the International Sports Business and Economics School. He presently serves on the executive committee of the advisory board for the Ferst Center for the Performing Arts at Georgia Tech.
